To confirm this resolution
It was resolved to seek the approval of the secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities to apply for a PWLB loan of £30,000 over the borrowing term of 10 years for the purchase of the 7 acre sports field from the Eveson trust. The annual loan repayment will come to around £3,317.50
