               2026/108                           Planning

108.1 Decisions made since last meeting

108.2 Plans for considered between meetings

P262324 – Paunton Mill, Bishops Fromes WR6 5BJ – erection of detached ancillary domestic storage building for machinery, vehicles, tools and equipment used in the maintenance of Paunton Mill and its grounds, with associated access, hardstanding and surface water drainage works.

Response – objected for the following reasons

– 20m x 10m x 5.5m barn is likely to dominate the chosen site

– Paunton Mill and buildings is constructed of stone and grade 2 listed. A metal clad building would not be in keeping with any other buildings in the area and is more suited to a field

– when visiting the site with the applicant we were led to believe the barn would be used to house Care Farm materials and machinery and not solely for Paunton Mill equipment as stated in the application.

     108.3 Plans for consideration

P261752 – Fishpools, Bosbury, HR8 1QH – change of use of land for siting of one trailer built shepherds hut, decking and creation of a parking space for 2 cars

P262723 – Green Dragon, Bishops Frome, WR6 5BP – refurbishment and extension of the existing listed public house, including internal reconfiguration and the provision of a new kitchen and dining extensions.
